Accounts and Office Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a small friendly team and be involved in all aspects of running a successful Sporting Business
We are looking for an experienced individual, to join our team and take control of the Administration, accountancy and event organisation side of the business.
You will be responsible for the all aspects of the administration of the business, including finances, payroll, accounting and the management of shoot bookings.
The role will suit an organised and sociable person, able to turn their hand to any task.
An understanding of field sports and/or Agricultural sectors would be beneficial.
Salary - £15-£18 per hr (negotiable depending on experience) (salary potential for the right candidate)
Working Hours - Flexible up to 10 hours per week (can be more seasonally)
Requirements
Must have-

A high level of bookkeeping experience and a sound knowledge in the use of XERO

Display a good understanding of Microsoft Office particularly Excel spreadsheets

Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via e-mail.

Experience and Knowledge of HMRC, VAT, PAYE & Pensions
Desired but not essential -

An understanding and experience with social media platforms and promotion techniques

A understanding of mail chimp and its processes

Previous experience with events and hospitality organisation
